Renewals
Scholarships may be renewed for three years following High School graduation. Students must annually show proof of enrollment, provide transcripts and be in good academic standing.
To renew your scholarship, by March 15th, send an email to hotspringsendowment@gmail.com stating your request for renewal and your major area of study otherwise your scholarship will not be renewed.
By September 15th, email your transcript, fall class schedule and mailing address to hotspringsendowment@gmail.com otherwise your scholarship will not be renewed.
Renewal scholarships are paid once for the whole year. Checks will be mailed shortly after the September 15th deadline and must be cashed by December 15th otherwise the check will be canceled.
Extenuating circumstances will be considered for renewals exceeding three years.
Graduate School/Professional Studies
